First thing that I was impressed with was my phone call to the company to get a quote, was returned promptly. Bruce arrived, a few minutes early to the appointment, which was a plus in my eyes. Punctuality. Then he introduced himself, told me he would go up on the roof, look things over, and would then discuss the work involved. He explained things thoroughly, and showed me different roofs on my street explaining the differences. He actually had a shingle with him, so I got to see it first hand. The shingles showed up one day, the bin and the workers arrived the next day, and got the job done by mid afternoon. All the guys that were here were very kind, mindful of my gardens, polite, and did the job well. They cleaned up, put my furniture back, and said good bye. I give Bruce and the company 5 stars. Great service, and my roof looks Great.

The owner is great! The one thing I like about this company is that they were very honest and upfront about everything. Not to mention that the owner personally came out, hand delivered my quote to me and was also the one who installed my roof. I felt more comfortable about getting my roof done knowing that he was the one actually doing the work and that everything we had discussed would be done according to my requests and concerns. I was not disappointed at all

I was extremely impressed with all staff, informative, friendly and professional. No one made me feel I was taking up their time. Phone discussion of the job was followed up by an email. All work was done in time frame discussed. Employees who did the work were also so professional and courteous. Neighbours also commented on their work ethic. Clean up during and end of job was impeccable. I will definitely have them do my next home improvement.
